Hi everyone,
I finally figured out how to get on the internet at work. I can only go on during lunch or I will probably get in big trouble.
I have been too wiped out after work to get on here - that's why I've been missing.
Monday night I had a poptart binge and yesterday I ate chocolate at work and last night I ate a pop tart and a bunch of saltines. I ate chocolate at work because I have a whole jar of chocolate sitting on my desk (gift for being a new employee) and I didn't have a snack. At 3:30 pm I felt like I was wiped out. So then I had a nice dinner and then late at night (when I was supposed to be sleeping) I had a poptart and crackers (mini-binge).
So today I brought cucumbers, celery, and dip for my 3:30 snack. I just have to make sure I'm prepared.
Working all day and staying on my eating plan is a big challenge. Going_down and alot of you have been dealing with this for a long time. It definitely makes the stress higher and my urge to binge eat has increased by 100x. I think I need to set some very definite exercise goals and make sure I'm prepared for lunches and snacks. I'm going to have to start fixing things the night before because I don't have enough time to do it in the morning. My husband has had off all week and he has been making my breakfast and lunch.
I'm still having a problem with rashes and bug bites. I don't know if it's stress or what. I have about 5 bites on my calf and I swear something bit me in the car on the way home on Wednesday. Wed night I broke out with itchy "bites" all over my stomach and arms.
OK - I'm going to lunch in the cafeteria. I'll have to check up on everyone later if I have strength. Bear with me while I get used to this new schedule!

PS - I decided not to weigh myself this week. I have enough pressure, plus my TOM is coming up. So I'm just trying my best to stick to eating plan and what my weight is, it is.
First get rid of the chocolate. Give it away or throw it away. Is there a refrigerator available to you at work? If so, once you get prepared eating on plan is easy. Take your lunch and snacks everyday. Take the time at night to prepare your food so you don’t risk not having the time in the morning. Keep a water bottle at your desk and have sugar free gum handy for chewing. Don’t worry about your slip ups. We live and learn. You can do this!
